Afghan Bacha, this a true story from my life. That woman had a knife and she wanted to cut me. I remember that very well. I will never forget that day.

Dear Hadi,

I am not sure how old you are and where this happened, but it really seems a kind of outdated grandma story of bed time. I came from Afghanistan three years ago and spent all my life there - not only in Kabul city, but in small villages, too. I've never seen something like this. I agree with some parts about traditional treatments but to tear one's stomach apart is outragous. Be honest, is it a real story or just something you made up.

The hospital I went to was not an international hospital. I'm not sure what the statistics are, but I would say that when people don't have access to real hospitals they go see healers.

CRAZY story! Was it an Afghan hospital you went to? Or one of the international ones? And how many people go see "traditional" healers as opposed to medical doctors?

Love this story
